<P  align=left>凡来稿一律跟在“非非评论”论坛的总贴下。要求来稿校对无误，作者通联地址、<o:p></o:p></P>
<P  align=left>电话准确清楚。所有来稿文责自负。来稿一经采用，即告知作者。刊物出版<o:p></o:p></P>
